Margaret Trent
Margaret Trent rekindled her high school interest in botanical art by attending classes and joining the ASBA and PNBA in 2008. She is also a member of GNSI-NW and CPSA. Margaret regularly exhibits with these groups in Seattle and has regular small solo exhibits at Plum on Bainbridge Island where she lives. Colored pencil is a favorite medium and she particular enjoys adding birds to her artwork. She is also a member of the SSBA, a wee connection with her roots. Margaret's work Rhododendron cinnabarinum is included in the Florilegium botanical collection at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, Scotland. Find out more at borthwickart.com |
